Alright, this is starting today!!! No more excuses, no more putting it off..... I need to lose weight and i need to do it NOW!
I'm going to do it, by making small changes at a time and setting myself a goal for each week.
I have real difficulty with eating breakfast for 2 reasons, 1. I'm always rushed in the mornings and don't get time and, 2. I don't really like any breakfast cereals or toast.
So my goal for this week is to eat 3 meals a day (BREAKFAST, lunch and dinner) and if I want any snacks in between it is to be yoghurt and/or fruit ONLY!
I have just been down to Woolies to buy some fruit and some Muesli - which I quite like, so I can get started today.
So I'm off to have breakfast.....
